Finally found some time to bake them. Normally I prefer nuts in my brownies (as much as I love chocolate, I feel it does a good job of making it not TOO chocolately), but these are still pretty awesome without them–plus I do love the soft fluffyness of brownies.
It was hard to wait for them to cool enough for me to put the icing on though:

It’s nice to finally have my brownie kick satisfied. I had been in the mood for fresh brownies for awhile now and just hadn’t had the time. @-@
